Crawford Cox ADR Services provides the
structure and privacy necessary to resolve disagreements involving business relationships,
governmental policies, or family and community matters. Control of the resolution of
the problem(s) remains with the parties who will be most effected. All disputes
eventually come to some resolution whether by direct action or inaction. Mediation,
Arbitration and Facilitation equip people with the tools and guidance to determine the
outcome rather than accept an imposed resolution.
Mediation
Mediation provides a confidential
process for resolving disputes. All parties must be in agreement and all agreements
are voluntary. Either party may terminate the mediation at any time.
